Dr. Steinert will be a key presenter at the Organisational Symposium at the 2015 International Transactional Analysis Conference being held in Sydney 28th July – 1st August.  He will also be presenting in a separate workshop on the 2nd August and in a Post Conference Institue later.  These events will be held at the Menzies Hotel, Carrington Street, Sydney.

The workshop “TA in Organisations” will be facilitated by Dr. Steinert and Mandy Lacy.

In modern organisational psychology we additionally work with change management tools, role development and process architectures to link business to people mastering complexity and/or resistance and engagement.  This workshop will cover the 'Must-Know-Concepts' of Organisational Transactrional Analysis. We will concentrate on participant’s learning wishes and will work with the 'Systemic Development Cycle' that integrates business elements; i.e. like structures, processes and customer orientation, pure organizational dynamic in a mirroring learning structure.

Dr. Steinert  is a consultant, project-coach, teacher and supervisor in organizational psychology and people management for national and multinational companies, change projects, mergers, HR-innovations and other developmental processes.  As the founder and director of the Change Company® in Germany, he guides and steers Change Management projects in industry and services. His speciality besides personal and strategic coaching is running big group mental change processes and project-coaching. As a civil administrator he worked for different public services. He is trained in financial planning and studied different psychological methods in the US while he was living in different US states.
He loves to learn with others in a good spirit.
He is an certified organizational psychologist, has an Doctorate in Philosophy in the field of Cultural Management.   He is also a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the organizational field.  He is currently Chair of the Eric Berne Memorial Award Committee and serves as Co-Chair for the Ethic Committee in ITAA.
